We provide at-time-of-need services, burial, entombment, inurnment, memorialization, and pre-arranged services for future burials to anyone, regardless of religious affiliation.

Our mission is to serve the people of Edmonton and surrounding area, by providing information about the various options available for burial and memorialization.
Mission and Ministry
It is in the light of faith that we look at funeral and burial plans. To consider these decisions is an act of hope that the promise made to us by the Lord in Baptism will be fulfilled.
In the event of a death
There are three important steps to take when a death has occurred:
- Contact clergy to find an available time in their schedule.
- Contact a funeral home to start the planning for a funeral Mass or other liturgy.
- Contact the cemetery to begin making arrangements for the final disposition of your loved one.

About Us
As a ministry of the Archdiocese of Edmonton, the Catholic Cemeteries staff is here to help you through the process of burial. Understanding family advisors are ready to assist you with you needs. Family advisors do not earn commission and seek to uphold the mission of the Archdiocese of Edmonton.
Serving families since 1860, the cemetery has served as the final place for loved ones. The catholic cemetery is a place of peace for families. The Grounds, Mausoleum and Columbariums provide a beautiful resting places for the deceased.
Hope & Dignity
Hope & Dignity: A Catholic Response to Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide is a pastoral initiative to equip Catholics to be effective witnesses in their families, parishes, workplaces and communities. In response to the pro-MAiD messages we hear from the secular media, government and even our highest court, the Catholic Church offers real hope and true dignity to those who are suffering and dying.
